Art books

I founds some really good drawing books that might help you achieve realistic drawing. They are by some people named Mark and Mary Willenbrink. What they do is they take a picture of a person or landscape of some sort and show you how to draw it in easy steps. they have many books but i really like this one.
in this one they teach you how to draw many things and give you many tips on how to draw some things alot easier than you might think. here are some pictures of the things they teach you to draw (mainly people in the pictures i will show) very well.

as you can see they took a picture of a man, then they show you how to draw him very well in pencil

It  looks amazing right? here are some other pictures that they did,

Here are some other books by Mark and Mary Willenbrink

Book

So lately I've been writing a book, tell me what you think in the comments below.

Chapter 1
One bright sunny evening three children ran through a great feild of tall grass.
“Hey Layton! Wait up!” I heard my friend Welby call from behind. I whipped around while tall grass almost a foot taller than I slid across my arms and legs. The thick cold breeze rushed over me almost picking me up.
“So,” I said as I started to walk backwards, facing my friends, Welby and Merrick. “What will this trio of misfits seek to do today? Any ideas?”
            “I was thinking…we could…um…okay I’ve got nothin’” said Merrick.
Merrick was almost a foot taller than me, he wore dark brown spectacles about his face with dirty blond hair on his head almost as if it were thrown there. He had jeans, tennis shoes and a red shirt that said, I’M A NERD. Welby on the other hand was quite the opposite, he was quite short and rather chubby, he wore jeans and had a dark green T-shirt. He had dark brown hair and greyish greenish eyes. I never liked looking at them they seemed to sense if you were lying or not. I’ve never been able to lye without him catching me.
As for me, my name is Layton and as I said before I’m thirteen and just about the average size as any other thirteen year old. I don’t have any super special thing about me, nothing like Welbys eyes, or the fact that Merrick could memorize anything he wanted to and that he was the smartest kid I knew. I suppose that I’m the most risk taking of the bunch, I’ll also crack a few puns here and there. I’ve gotten into a few fights at school, but none that I’ve actually won. After school every day me, Merrick and Welby meet in the field we like to call, The Promising Fields.
(Believe me it’s more of an inside joke.)
“So what’s today?” I asked, “Oh that’s right its Wednesday, that means its Welbys turn to decide what we do.”
Merrick let out a moan then started looking for something in the distance.
“Yes!” said Welby smirking, “I want to…”
“Yeah yeah we all know, you want to draw in a tree.” Interjected Merrick.
“Yep! And I chose…” said Welby as he also started to look around. “That one!” he said pointing to one of the bigger of the trees in the field. The tree’s branches were to thick to see the trunk.
Welby started to walk toward it and I followed. It’s not that I don’t like drawing or climbing up tree’s it’s just that I did it every time it was Welbys turn to decide. But I wasn’t going to complain, usually on my turn to choose, Merrick and Welby would just watch me be stupid with my skateboard and face plant onto the pavement. As I walked I soon became bored and started to skip with Merrick as we sung “We’re off to see the wizard.” From the movie called The Wizard of Oz a book that I had actually never read but had seen the movie. I wasn’t the biggest fan of reading I only read for school and only liked one third of the books I read. As we approached the tree I could tell that Welby was getting excited, I didn’t know why he was excited he just was. Finally we were at the base of the tree, Welby kicked of his shoes near the large trunk than jumped like a swift monkey onto the lowest limb which surprisingly he could reach. I followed his actions but I was obviously out of practice, my fingers slipped of the tree and I fell back first onto the hard dirt ground. I was used to falling, seeing how I always tripped on my skateboard but it was always weird felling the wind get knocked out of you. So all I did was get up and try again, but this time I was successful and I joined Merrick and Welby as they drew.
“So what are you drawing this time?” I asked Welby as I leaned over his shoulder.
“You know the usual.” He replied to me casually.
I leaned a bit closer, on the sketch book page was a brilliant drawing of a wolf chasing a lamb. The cartooning was way better than I could have done. I then walked over to Merrick and sat on the same branch as he and watched him draw. His style was much different than Welby, he had drawn stick figure knights fighting of a quite realistic drawing of a dragon.
